Hello

I connect strategic thinking with the practical work of getting it done.

Small businesses rarely need another plan on paper. They need someone who sees the whole picture, decides what comes first and keeps the work moving with the people involved. That is what I do.

About me

A strategic mind. A practical approach. A person you can work with.

My background combines project management, digital marketing and client work.

I started in Ukraine, managing client projects in digital and IT services, then worked in Canada at international agencies and large companies.

There I saw how big organizations run their work, and what small businesses face: limited resources, competing priorities and decisions that need someone to carry them through. That is the gap I fill today.

What I bring

  • Structured thinking
  • Clear communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Working well with many kinds of specialists
  • Turning complex tasks into clear next steps
